A good-faith exam is a comprehensive medical evaluation by a licensed medical provider prior to receiving treatment. This includes a review of your medical history, medications, allergies, and assessing overall health to determine you are a suitable candidate for your selected service. Each new client will undergo a good-faith exam prior to their service and will be re-evaluated on an annual basis.

While most people are great candidates for IV therapy, we have a few safety guidelines. We don’t treat minors (under 18 years old)or anyone who is pregnant. IV hydration is restricted for individuals with pre-existing heart, liver, or kidney conditions. Furthermore, patients undergoing chemotherapy must have authorization from their oncologist to receive treatment, ensuring safety and avoiding potential complications. Prior to each treatment, medical history, vital signs and medications, and allergies will be reviewed to assure safety.
-
Length of IV appointments will depend on the size of IV catheter used, your vein anatomy, fluid volume, and health history, but is typically completed within 30–60 minutes. Injection appointments are roughly 10–15 minutes, including check-in, history review, vitals, and administration.
-
If you are getting an IV service, be sure to adequately hydrate prior to your appointment. This helps increase our success of getting your IV placed. It is also recommended to have a small meal or snack prior to treatment if you are needle phobic or prone to lightheadedness.
-
Frequency of IV treatments depends on your individual health and goals. Most clients can benefit from IV infusions 1–2 times monthly. Frequency of injections depends on vitamin type, but most will require weekly sessions to maintain benefits.

Because IV hydration/vitamin therapy is considered an elective service, we do not accept insurance. We provide cash-based services only.
